In Decathlon's complex operating model, shifts were scheduled in Excel, and shift schedules could not be stored in a database. With the Shift application, all our plans are now realized much easier through Kolay İK.

We are able to link shift plans to different settings within the framework of legal limits and company practices and eliminate risks and inappropriate situations that may occur. In addition to all this, we can perform various analyses and support our HR analytics processes with data collected from shift plans.
