In a world where digital is the new manual, we as the Human Resources department were aware of the need for an interactive system that would bring our employees and Outdoor Factory together. Our search began with our desire to ensure both an HR management according to the criteria required by our time and to establish a systematic functioning. In the following phase, our goal was to minimize errors caused by manual operations. Keeping all employee information in digital data sheets resulted in significant time lost in accessing and reporting requested information about employees. Therefore, when I wanted to obtain relevant information about our employees as HR, I was the first feature that attracted my interest in Kolay İK to create reports in accordance with the criteria of different categories that we desire and reach the results I want in a much shorter time.
