About two years ago we started working with Kolay İK for leave tracking. Due to its ease of use and reporting features, we decided to use the Performance Evaluation module as well.

As an HR department, we actively use permit management and permit usage reports and performance evaluation practices at Kolay İK. Also, Kolay İK offers us a user-friendly system with reminders such as anniversaries and birthdays.

Kolay İK keeps our cooperation continuous with the simple and lean interface it has a structure that everyone can easily use. Kolay İK makes it very easy for us to carry out our business processes. Compared to the interactive HR system I used before, I think Kolay İK is a faster, simpler and more convenient system.

Before Kolay İK, we carried out our performance evaluation processes manually through paperwork; however, we turned to Kolay İK because of the sensitivity we showed as a Foundation in terms of paper consumption and the need to speed up operational processes.
